The «Chesa Pignoulas» was built in the 17th century as a farmhouse and, in terms of its exterior, still largely retains its original form. The historic foundations of the property, as well as the historically significant parlor on the upper floor, have been preserved over the years.

The municipality of Sils does not allocate a quota for foreigners. This property can only be purchased by Swiss citizens or foreigners with a Swiss B or C permit.
